The Adjustable Pharmacy Style Brass floor lamp is very nice, better than I expected frankly given the price. The fly in the ointment was that the ring that holds the globe to the lamp was not included in the package. I e-mailed Vision Decor and received a phone call and was told I had to repackage the lamp (it lamp arrived unassembled), retrieve a Fedex label from an e-mail that would be sent, and take the package to a Fedex store so that it could be returned. The lamp would be replaced. As I was going through this process I received another e-mail from Vision Decor that said "never mind" we will send you the missing part. Now I had originally requested that they just send the part and was told that wasn't possible. After all this the part arrived, I reassembled the lamp and it now resides in my family room. The Vision Decor Customer Service representative was very nice through all this which made the experience less irritating than it could have been. + See Full Customer Review |  |
